Marcin Smentek’s first job was right after high school as a banker, but he quickly realized that the prevailing rigid environment was not for him. He went on to study Transport and Logistics alongside working for his first transport company, which focused on bulk goods transport. As a result of this, he began his adventure into the vibrant world of transport.

Marcin is a very meticulous and thorough person, and these skills are fundamental in his professional role. He prefers an honest conversation, even in the worst situations, as he finds it can only solve problems faster.

Over the last few years, customer contacts have changed a lot. Clients receive several phone calls or emails a day inquiring about cooperation. Initially, Marcin tries to present himself as a genuine person and not just as a telemarketer and establish an almost collegial relationship. He takes each inquiry seriously and tries to find the best solution suited to every client.

Marcin lives in Gdynia together with his fiancée. His hobbies are music, cooking and at the top of his list is Formula 1, which he has watched non-stop since 2004!
